TurnKey Product Management

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 21, 2026 Last Updated: August 21, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and TurnKey Management LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as Turnkey Product Management (“Turnkey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.turnkeyproductmanagement.com and any related pages, content, tools, forms, messaging programs, and features we make available through it (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Site.

Please read Section 9 (SMS and Text Messaging Program), Section 18 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 20 (Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration) carefully. Section 20 requires most disputes to be resolved through individual binding arbitration and limits the remedies available to you in the event of a dispute.

2. These Terms Cover the Website Only

These Terms govern your use of the Site. They do not govern the marketing, advertising, account management, or consulting services we provide to clients.

If you engage Turnkey as a client, those services are governed by a separate written service agreement executed between you and Turnkey (a “Service Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls with respect to the services described in it. Nothing on the Site, including any description of our services, pricing, packages, or results, constitutes an offer, a guarantee, or a term of any Service Agreement.

3. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for business users and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that if you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

5. Our Relationship to Amazon

Turnkey Product Management is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (“Amazon”), except as expressly stated in this section.

Turnkey is a member of the Amazon Service Provider Network (SPN), a directory through which Amazon lists independent third party service providers. Membership in the SPN does not make Turnkey an agent, employee, partner, joint venturer, or representative of Amazon. Amazon does not endorse, guarantee, warrant, supervise, or assume any responsibility for the services Turnkey provides, for the content on this Site, or for any results you may or may not achieve.

Amazon, Amazon.com, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Fulfillment by Amazon, FBA, Amazon Advertising, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon DSP, A+ Content, Brand Registry, Rufus, Alexa, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Any such marks are used on this Site solely for identification and descriptive purposes, and their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark owner.

Your relationship with Amazon is governed entirely by your own agreements with Amazon, including the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and all applicable Amazon policies. You are solely responsible for your compliance with those agreements and policies.

6. Site Content Is General Information, Not Advice

The Site may contain blog posts, articles, guides, checklists, downloadable resources, videos, webinars, newsletters, calculators, tools, case studies, and similar material (collectively, “Content”). All Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

The Content is not advice. It is not professional, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and it is not tailored to your business, your catalog, your category, your margins, or the specific circumstances of your Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Advertising account. No attorney client, fiduciary, consulting, or other professional relationship is created by your use of the Site or your access to any Content.

You act at your own risk. Amazon’s policies, fee structures, algorithms, ranking systems, advertising products, listing requirements, and enforcement practices change frequently and without notice, often in ways that are not publicly documented. Content that is accurate when published may become outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. A tactic that works in one category, marketplace, or account may harm another.

You acknowledge and agree that any decision you make and any action you take in your own Amazon account, or in any other selling, advertising, or e-commerce platform, is taken solely at your own discretion and at your own risk. Turnkey is not responsible or liable for any outcome resulting from your reliance on the Content, including but not limited to:

  • decreased sales, revenue, sessions, conversion rate, or organic ranking;
  • listing suppression, listing removal, variation collapse, or loss of the Buy Box;
  • account suspension, account deactivation, listing deactivation, or enforcement action by Amazon or any other platform;
  • wasted, misallocated, or increased advertising spend, or degraded ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, or campaign performance;
  • inventory, restock, storage, or fulfillment consequences, including long term storage fees or removal fees;
  • intellectual property claims, policy violations, or disputes with Amazon, competitors, or third parties;
  • any lost profits, lost business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Before acting on any Content, you should consult qualified professionals and confirm current requirements directly with Amazon or the applicable platform.

7. Results, Case Studies, and Testimonials

The Site may display case studies, client results, revenue or growth figures, performance metrics, screenshots, reviews, ratings, testimonials, and similar material (“Results Content”).

Results Content reflects the specific experience of specific clients at a specific point in time. It is not a promise, projection, guarantee, or representation of the results you or anyone else will achieve.

Outcomes in the Amazon ecosystem depend on a very large number of factors, most of which are outside Turnkey’s control. These include product quality, pricing, margin, category and competitive dynamics, seasonality, inventory availability and supply chain performance, budget, brand recognition, review velocity and rating, listing quality and imagery, account health and standing, Amazon’s policies and algorithm changes, and the client’s own decisions, timeliness, and cooperation. Individual results will vary, and some clients will achieve no improvement at all.

Where Results Content has been rounded, anonymized, aggregated, or edited for length or client confidentiality, it remains a good faith representation but should not be treated as an audited financial statement. Testimonials reflect the views of the individuals who gave them and may not represent the experience of all clients. Where required, we disclose any material connection with a person providing a testimonial.

8. Site Features

Depending on what we make available from time to time, the Site may allow you to browse Content, submit a contact or quote request form, schedule a call through a third party scheduling tool, download gated resources in exchange for your contact information, subscribe to a newsletter or SMS program, use free tools or calculators, create an account or access a client portal, submit reviews or comments, and make payments. Not all features described in these Terms are available at all times, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice or liability. The following provisions apply to those features where offered.

Forms and inquiries. Information you submit through any form must be accurate, current, and complete, and you must have the right to provide it, including any telephone number you enter. Submitting a form does not create any obligation for us to respond, to provide a proposal, or to enter into a client relationship. Do not submit confidential information through the Site; nothing you send through a form is treated as confidential unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Scheduling. Calls booked through the Site are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party. Scheduling tools may be operated by third parties and subject to their own terms.

Gated content and newsletters. By providing your email address to download a resource or subscribe, you consent to receive the requested material and related communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the address in Section 26. Transactional messages relating to an active engagement may continue.

Accounts and portals. If we make accounts or a client portal available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion.

Payments. Where we accept payment through the Site, payments are processed by third party payment processors, and you agree to their terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Unless a Service Agreement or written invoice provides otherwise, fees are non refundable and are exclusive of taxes. We are not responsible for processor errors, declines, or delays.

Tools and calculators. Any calculator, estimator, audit tool, or similar utility on the Site produces illustrative estimates based on the inputs and assumptions provided. Outputs are not projections, appraisals, or guarantees, and should be independently verified.

9. SMS and Text Messaging Program

This section governs Turnkey’s text messaging program (the “SMS Program”). It applies in addition to the rest of these Terms.

(a) Consent and enrollment. You may enroll in the SMS Program by submitting your mobile telephone number through a form on the Site and affirmatively checking the box indicating that you agree to receive text messages from Turnkey Product Management. Providing your mobile number and checking that box constitutes your express written consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including messages delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system. You may also opt in by texting a keyword we publish, or by giving us your number in the course of an active engagement or appointment booking.

(b) Consent is never required to buy anything. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Turnkey. You may use the Site, contact us, and become a client without enrolling in the SMS Program.

(c) You must own or control the number. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or that you have the authority of the subscriber to enroll that number. If your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your control, you agree to notify us promptly at hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com so we can stop messaging that number.

(d) What we send. Depending on how you opted in, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries you submit through the Site, follow ups regarding a meeting or a form you completed, account or service notifications, and promotional or informational messages about our services and offers.

(e) Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, your appointments, and any active engagement.

(f) Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Turnkey does not charge for the SMS Program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving messages according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

(g) How to stop. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. After you send an opt out keyword, we will send a single confirmation message and will send you no further messages under that program unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by emailing hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com with your mobile number and a request to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email communications, and does not by itself terminate any Service Agreement.

(h) How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com.

(i) Carriers and delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and on factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and neither is Turnkey. Not all mobile carriers or devices support the SMS Program, and service may not be available in all areas.

(j) Your mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt in data, or text messaging consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with the service providers and messaging platforms that operate the SMS Program on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you requested, or where required by law. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

(k) Privacy and monitoring. Text messages you exchange with us may be logged, stored, and reviewed for quality, training, recordkeeping, and compliance purposes. Do not send sensitive personal information, payment card details, or confidential business information by text.

(l) Changes to the SMS Program. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the SMS Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and we may remove any number from the program at our discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

The Site and all Content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, data compilations, software, page layout, design elements, frameworks, methodologies, and the selection and arrangement of all of the foregoing, are owned by Turnkey or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.

“Turnkey Product Management,” our logo, and our other names, marks, and slogans are trademarks of TurnKey Management LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as permitted in Section 12.

11. Limited License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable license to access the Site and to view, download, and print Content for your own internal business or personal reference. This license does not transfer any ownership rights.

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:

  1. copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, perform, sell, license, or commercially exploit any Content;
  2. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Content;
  3. present any Content as your own, or remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
  4. use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, headless browser, or other automated means to access, monitor, index, harvest, or copy the Site or any Content, or to extract data from it;
  5. use any Content to train, fine tune, ground, retrieve for, evaluate, or otherwise develop or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, large language model, or generative system, or to create any dataset for those purposes, whether directly or through a third party;
  6. frame, mirror, or inline link the Site or any Content, or embed it within another site, application, or interface in a manner that obscures its source or suggests it is your own;
  7. reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site;
  8. circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, rate limiting, or authentication feature;
  9. introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  10. use the Site to compile a competing product, service, database, or content library, or for any competitive benchmarking or intelligence purpose;
  11. use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third party right.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. Any unauthorized use terminates this license immediately.

12. Linking to the Site

You may link to the Site from another website, provided that the link:

  • points to a live page on https://www.turnkeyproductmanagement.com and clearly credits Turnkey Product Management as the source;
  • does not frame the Site, open it within another site’s borders or branding, or otherwise obscure that the content is ours;
  • does not reproduce our Content in full at the linking location in place of a link;
  • does not state or imply any affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or approval by Turnkey that does not exist;
  • does not appear alongside content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or that we reasonably consider harmful to our reputation;
  • does not misrepresent our relationship with Amazon or with any client.

We may request removal of any link at any time, and you agree to comply promptly. We are not responsible for the content of any site that links to ours.

13. Your Submissions and Feedback

If you submit, post, or transmit any content to us through the Site, including form entries, comments, reviews, testimonials, images, or other material (“Submissions”), you represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the Submission and that it does not violate any law or third party right.

You grant Turnkey a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your Submission in connection with operating and promoting our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and to any confidentiality obligations in a Service Agreement.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our Site or services, we may use them freely, without restriction, attribution, or compensation to you.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, screen, edit, or remove any Submission at our sole discretion.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to harass, abuse, defame, or impersonate any person; to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; to enroll a telephone number you do not own or control; to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; to collect personal information about other users; to interfere with the operation of the Site; or to encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.

15. Third Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or integrate third party websites, tools, and services, including Amazon properties, scheduling tools, analytics providers, messaging platforms, payment processors, and social platforms. We do not control those third parties, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or terms. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of information through the Site, including telephone numbers and SMS consent data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described there.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnkey disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site or the SMS Program will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error free; that defects will be corrected; that messages will be delivered to any particular device or within any particular time; that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or that any Content is accurate, current, complete, reliable, or suitable for your circumstances. We make no representation or warranty regarding any result, outcome, ranking, revenue, or performance you may achieve.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURNKEY AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ACCOUNT STANDING, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, THE SMS PROGRAM, OR ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO TURNKEY THROUGH THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies separately from, and does not affect, any limitation of liability set out in a signed Service Agreement, which governs claims relating to services provided under that agreement.

These limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and Turnkey and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turnkey and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, the SMS Program, or any Content; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; (d) your Submissions; (e) your enrollment of any telephone number you do not own or control; or (f) any action you take in your own Amazon account or any other platform, whether or not informed by Content on the Site.

20. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court and to participate in a class action.

(a) Informal resolution first. Before initiating any arbitration or lawsuit, the party raising the dispute must send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to the other party (to Turnkey at hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com). The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for thirty (30) days after the notice is received. This requirement is a condition precedent to commencing arbitration.

(b) Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the SMS Program, or your use of the Site, including questions of its formation, breach, interpretation, enforceability, or termination, and including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect, before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(c) Seat and venue. The arbitration will be seated in the State of Illinois, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator may conduct proceedings by videoconference or on the documents where appropriate.

(d) Governing rules and law. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitrator will apply the substantive law of the State of Illinois.

(e) Class action and jury trial waiver. You and Turnkey each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. You and Turnkey each waive any right to a jury trial. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, will be severed and heard in court, and the remainder of this section will remain in effect.

(f) Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in a court of competent jurisdiction, provided the claim remains in that court and on an individual basis.

(g) Injunctive relief carve out. Either party may seek temporary or permanent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Illinois to prevent or stop the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use or disclosure of intellectual property or confidential information. Seeking such relief does not waive this arbitration agreement.

(h) Fees. Arbitration fees will be allocated in accordance with the applicable JAMS rules. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous or that fee shifting is authorized by applicable law.

(i) Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.

(j) Confidentiality. The existence and content of the arbitration, including any award, will be kept confidential except as required for enforcement or by law.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to Section 20, you and Turnkey consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Illinois for any claim not subject to arbitration, and you waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

22. Copyright Complaints

If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice to hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com that includes: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and terminate access for repeat infringers.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or the SMS Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a suspected violation of these Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time. Sections 5 through 10, 13, and 17 through 27 survive any termination.

24. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and, where you have opted in, by text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

25. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, government action, utility, carrier, or internet failures, hosting or platform outages, cyberattacks, or changes to third party platforms including Amazon.

26. Notices and Contact

Legal notices and questions about these Terms should be sent to:

TurnKey Management LLC dba Turnkey Product Management Email: hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com Website: https://www.turnkeyproductmanagement.com

Notices to you may be sent to the email address or mobile number you provide to us, or posted on the Site.

27. General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Turnkey regarding the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. This does not supersede any signed Service Agreement, which governs the services described in it.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No third party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights in any third party, except that Amazon is an intended third party beneficiary of Section 5.

Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and Turnkey.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
