1. Introduction

TurnKey Management LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as Turnkey Product Management (“Turnkey,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), operates the website located at https://www.turnkeyproductmanagement.com (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Service and to the communications we send, including email and text messages.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. Terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service, accessible from https://www.turnkeyproductmanagement.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. We collect information you provide directly, including:

• name;
• email address;
• mobile and business telephone numbers;
• company name, brand, and website;
• information about your Amazon business that you choose to share with us in a form, on a call, or during an engagement;
• text message and SMS consent records, including the date, time, and method of your opt in;
• billing and payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processors rather than stored by us;
• any other information you include in a form, email, text message, review, or testimonial.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we automatically collect usage information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, referring URL, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

Information collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

3. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

No mobile information is sold or shared for third party marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, text messaging originator opt in data, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies notwithstanding anything else in this Policy. We share this information only with the messaging platforms and service providers that operate our text messaging program on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you requested, or where required by law.

How we obtain consent. You opt in to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on the Service and affirmatively checking the box consenting to receive text messages from Turnkey Product Management, by texting a keyword we publish, or by providing your number in connection with booking an appointment or an active engagement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, responses to inquiries you submit, follow ups regarding meetings or forms you completed, account and service notifications, and promotional or informational messages about our services.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the program; your carrier may charge you according to your plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages under that program. You may also opt out by emailing hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com with your mobile number.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com.

Records. Text messages you exchange with us may be logged, stored, and reviewed for quality, recordkeeping, and compliance purposes. Please do not send sensitive personal information, payment card details, or confidential business information by text.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, including beacons, tags, pixels, and scripts, to operate the Service, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how the Service is used.

Cookies are small files that may include an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

Categories we use:

• Strictly necessary cookies, required to operate the Service and maintain security.
• Preference cookies, which remember your settings and selections.
• Analytics cookies, which help us understand traffic and usage.
• Advertising and retargeting cookies, where enabled, which support marketing measurement and may involve cross context behavioral advertising.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, though some parts of the Service may not function properly if you do. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non essential cookies.

Do Not Track. Browsers may transmit Do Not Track signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to them, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by applicable law, we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Service Providers

We engage third party companies to help operate, analyze, and market the Service (“Service Providers”). These parties may access personal information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to use it for their own purposes.

Categories of Service Providers we use include website hosting and infrastructure; analytics providers; customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms; email and text messaging platforms; appointment scheduling tools; payment processors; and advertising and retargeting platforms, where enabled.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic. Google may use the data it collects to contextualize and personalize advertising on its own network. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, which prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript from sharing your activity with Google Analytics. Google’s privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and messages;
• schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments;
• deliver resources, newsletters, and text messages you requested;
• provide customer care and support;
• perform and administer client engagements under a Service Agreement;
• process payments and manage billing;
• analyze usage and improve the Service;
• notify you about changes to the Service;
• market our services to you, subject to your choices;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

7. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information in these circumstances only:

• To Service Providers, as described in Section 5, to perform services on our behalf.
• For legal reasons, where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, protect and defend our rights or property, investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, protect the personal safety of users or the public, or protect against legal liability.
• In a business transfer, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Any acquirer remains bound by the commitments in Section 3.
• With your consent, or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own marketing purposes.

8. Telephone Communications and Do Not Call Policy

We are committed to complying with applicable laws and regulations governing telephone communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws, including those applicable in California.

Business to business outreach. Our telephone outreach is directed to businesses we believe may benefit from our services.

Dialing technology. We may use dialing platforms to assist our personnel in efficiently managing business to business telephone communications.

Consent. For any call that requires prior express consent under applicable law, including certain calls to wireless numbers placed using an autodialer or containing a prerecorded message, we obtain that consent before placing the call.

Permissible calling hours. We place calls only during permissible calling hours under federal and state law, generally not before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time zone, and we observe state specific restrictions, including California’s, where they are stricter.

Do Not Call requests. You may ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list during any call you receive from us, or by emailing hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com with the subject line “Do Not Call” and the specific telephone numbers you want added. We maintain an internal Do Not Call list and process requests promptly, within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Caller identification. We identify ourselves by our business name on outbound calls.

9. Credit Pre-Qualification

Where a prospective client has booked a call with us and inquires about financing, we may offer a funding pre-qualification involving a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score, using your name, telephone number, and email address.

We conduct this inquiry only where you have given separate, express written authorization at the time of the request. Authorization is not given through this Policy, and using the Service does not authorize any credit inquiry. You may decline, and declining does not affect your ability to work with us.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

As a general matter: inquiry and prospect records are retained while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward; client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by applicable law; SMS consent and opt out records are retained for at least four years to demonstrate compliance; and analytics data is retained according to the settings of the relevant platform. We delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer needed.

11. Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Your Choices

• Email. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or email us. Transactional messages about an active engagement may continue.
• Text messages. Reply STOP, or email us. See Section 3.
• Telephone. Request placement on our internal Do Not Call list. See Section 8.
• Cookies. Adjust your browser settings, or use our cookie banner where presented.
• Access, correction, and deletion. Contact us at hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law.

13. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the following rights:

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.
• Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including for cross context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

Categories collected. In the preceding twelve months we have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet and network activity information, and professional or employment related information, as described in Section 2.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Where advertising or retargeting technologies are enabled on the Service, the resulting disclosures to advertising platforms may constitute “sharing” for cross context behavioral advertising under California law. You may opt out by adjusting your cookie preferences, by transmitting a Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com.

To exercise your rights, email hello@turnkeyproductmanagement.com. We will verify your request using the information we have on file and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent, and we may require proof of authorization.

14. Other State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain other states, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, and Oregon, have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. 15. International Users and Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the Service is operated there. Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, we transfer that information to the United States and process it there. Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and marketing our business, or the necessity of processing to perform a contract with you. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

The Service may contain links to sites that we do not operate, including Amazon properties and social platforms. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party site or service. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

17. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Where required by law, or where the changes are material, we will provide additional notice by email or by a prominent notice on the Service before the change takes effect. You are advised to review this Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise.
